I read the reviews on this site about Starr House, some not great but most of them really great and thought I would take the chance that City Search members knew best. I was right this place was friendly, upscale and just under the radar of being crazy busy. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and my colorist and cutter were booked. I loved the hilites and hair cut I got. I will definitely be talking all my crazy friends who waste half the day and a lot of money going to the west side to try this place that's close to home.
