I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and I didn't have to wait before I was seated for a consultation. Andrea spoke with me about what I wanted, furthermore she really listened and the end result showed. My color looks more amazing than I would have ever imagined. Next, I saw Chris for a cut. Again, I was consulted about the look I was trying to achieve. Then he took time to explain to me before cutting exactly how he was going to cut my hair and the look that it would achieve. It matched up with exactly what I described to him.
