I have had the same experience with these people not returning phone calls when problems are reported. I also think that they are jerks to deal with and they are ""out to lunch"" when it comes to costs of rentals. Oh, and BTW, as soon as your lease expires they really stick it to ya. They make you sign another year or more lease and if not - they jack the price way up so even if you are there for a few extra months you may as well have signed another year lease because either way you are going to pay for it. They are not easy to work and absolutely will not negotiate. They will lie up front just to get you into a property. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy. Choose someone else - for your own sake.
