Went in for cleaning and was told the office had scheduled to do a deep cleaning on my teeth. When I stated that I wanted to go to a Periodontics specialist for this the front office staff was extremely rude and stated they would not authorize a referral. I have a PPO, I do not need this DDS permission to go to a Periodontist specialist. When I told the front office staff this the rudeness was increased. When I asked for my x-rays that my insurance had already paid for the told me it would cost me $50.00 for my x-rays.
You are in an open office area and are forced to listen to this unprofessional staff gossip then have them bill your insurance for a full set of x-rays and refuse to give you the x-rays they have already been paid for so you can seek treatment from another dentist. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure to have to deal with
