Review content:
This place has potential, but is not interested in creating regular clientele. I tried this place twice. Both appointments had me sitting over 20 minutes in their lounge before appointment was to begin. On my 2nd appointment, I walked down the hall in my bathrobe and saw the manager chatting and laughing with my person. She told me she would be ""a minute"" so I sat back down. I asked the therapist what was going on when I was alone with her and she told me the manager was showing her pictures of a trip?? Heavy drilling going on next door during massage. I called owner twice with no call back and finally wrote a letter complaining. She called me back apologizing and said manager hadn't been on a vacation in 3 years and was showing pictures. She didn't intend to be mean. ""She's a good Christian girl"" ????? Had 9:30 appointment but did not get out until after 12!! Not on my time! No concessions offered. Not even a return appointment offered at a discount. Had booked 1.5 hour massage. If you don't go back, they don't care.
Pros: Nice setup
Cons: If you aren't happy, they don't care.
