Review content:
Late last September I was given a $90 gift certificate to the spa. WIth the crazy pace of life, I completely forgot about the gift certificate. I came across the gift card and with excitement, called the spa to schedule an appointment. I called around September 6th or so. Unfortunately they did not have an appointment that worked for my schedule until September 23rd. I arrived at the spa and was in the room when the attendant came in to inform me that my gift certificate had expired. I asked what day it expired, and she told me the 19th (or right around there- I forget the exact date but it was definitely after I made the appointment). She informed me that their manager was very strict about gift certificates and would not honor it even if it is expired by 1 day. To give the spa credit, the gift card does have printed on it, that it expires in one year; however, the card did not in any way shape or form state the date of expiration.
