Best buy and geek squad are across the street. do not use these guys. They will give you no written paper work. I paid them to fix a computer for me last July. everytime the owner told me to pick it up it was not done. I paid 200.00 in advance they told me that they could not fix my computer but for a dditional 100.00 dollars they would sell me a computer replacement. they never did this. I wanted my computer back and they gave me a computer that looked like mine. The one they gave me back was minus a hard drive. They will not give refunds and very little paper work do not pay in advance if they do work for you. you will be cheated and the used products they sell are horrible also.
Pros: nice people
Cons: very unprofessional
