Let me start off by saying I'm a big Kabuki fan, having eaten there more than 20 times at both of the Pasadena locations. For my first time at the Burbank establishment, I won't be returning. We were estimated a 30 minute wait, and after 30 minutes, when I checked back in, I was rudely informed by the manager that it would be another 45 minutes. How can you mis-estimate that much? Once we were finally seated, our food arrived quickly, but it was cold, and once delivered, we never saw our waiter again until AFTER we requested our bill from someone else.
I guess I'll just stick to Pasadena to get my Kabuki fix.
