I tried to cancel the scheduled move literally minutes after hiring them as I realized my circumstances did not fit the service, and they refused to refund my deposit ($100), falsely claiming that they ""had to turn away another customer who wanted your time slot"" even though I hired them literally 2 minutes before and . That, to me, already screams unprofessionalism and plain lack of consideration for the customers. F-
