Review content:
I have to say i thought that they were great when they fixed my fridge... but they did not fix it and it took them forever to get back to me. They were supposed to order a part and fix my fridge over the weekend .. and not a call to let me know. They promise 24 hour call back time which they do not do . so if they don't get it right the first time they don't give a flying flip about you because they already have your money. So now all the food in my fridge is spoiled and i and my 5 yearold daughter are living out of a cooler just to have cold milk and forget about packing her a lunch for kindergarden because we dont have any sandwich meat.
Pros: great if you like to live out of a cooler.
Cons: you have to live out of a cooler.
