Review content:
David Almaytah- the gentleman pictured above came to my apartment and signed a contract for construction work on June 27th, 2011. The bathroom renovation we both signed off on was for $12,000 for which I left a 2400 deposit that day.
David assured me that by Friday I would have the insurance/and licensing papers neccessary to submit the renovation package to my management company to review, however he did not send the paperwork. The next Tuesday, he told me he had personal issues and could not complete the job.
I have not heard from him since. He cashed my $2400 check and has dodged all my phonecalls, emails, faxes, and text messages. I gave him a firm deadline of July 14th to return the money which was more than reasonable, which he has not done and signaled no intention to do so.
Avoid this man at all costs. He is unreliable, unprofessional, and above all a thief.
