I started doing Pilates by video. That was great but my dedication lacked. My schedule is busy so my excuses were easier to find than work-out time. So I sucked it up and searched for a studio. I saw InsideOut and their prices and realized I didn't have to work hard at paying off quality instruction. They work you to the core but provide a relaxing and educational environment. Now i have muscles I didn't know existed and my love handles have finally fallen off! ~
