I had been having chronic neck and lower back pain for a couple of years. It wasn't anything that I really worried about, until it started to affect my daily activities. More and more often I was waking up with an extremely stiff neck, and/or moderate to severe lower back pain. Some days were so painful, I couldn't even get out of bed. Being an extremely active person, who loves to be outdoors and play sports, I decided it was time to do something about it.
