I have never been so upset in my life. I have taken my little dog to Windvale several times. He is 15 years old now, and I am going to have to put him down. The last time I took him in was about a year ago for an ear infection, and it cost me over $400.00 by the time I left there (because of tests that needed to be run because of his age). Was a little taken back, but I paid it. I was just informed that since it has been a year since they've seen him, that it will be $250.00 just to put him down. I can't believe they would screw people at a time like this. Conroe Vet Clinic is charging me $40.00. Unbelieveable & sickening to say the least.
