Let me start off by saying my experience at zig zag smokeshop was probably the best experience i've had in any smokeshop in houston as soon as i walked in the door two employees welcomed me which is always a good thing after a couple of seconds of browsing i was asked if i needed any help which shows they care about their customers unlike other smokeshops whose employees dont even offer to help unless asked. plus the guys and girls at zig zag really know their products unlike high times where nobody seems to know how to use a vaporizer. But what i really liked is how everybody helps out 3 different employees answered questions i had. When i got what i came for i realized i was a little short on cash and was about to leave with something cheaper but the cashier told me she could help me out and grabbed a copy of the houston press and tore out a coupon for zig zag smokeshop that takes 20% off your purchase and i was like wow no other smokeshop does this (i'll be picking up the houston press from now on) but when it all comes down to it great customer service goes a long way so make zig zag your first stop for all your smokeshop needs
