Review content:
Greenway came out in April 2008 and put in a new fan. Due to the tech putting in the fan wrong, two days later the AC unit has even more damage than it did before. It is now June 17 and I still don't have a working AC. They have come out and ""fixed it"" 6 times now. It never works more than 24 hours. Then we pay them over $1000 for all this stuff they said we needed and it worked only another 24 hours. They are coming out today for the 7th time. When I call to have them come back, the girls that answer the phone tell me they can come out in 3-5 days. YOu have got to be kidding me. I have had AC since April! I have missed work thanks to the 4 hour window they give you and Always show up late. Not to mentioned how rude the girls are that answer the phone. I wouldn't keep using them accept they are the ones that broke my AC and they already have my money.
Cons: Rude, always late, unable to fix air conditioners
