Horrible!!! I booked a trip with them for our High School Band last November and three days before we were suppose to leave they called and told me that they were not going to be able to do it. Our bus had been re purposed. GM was horrible. No excuses, this is not how to run a business. I will be telling all of our friends and colleagues to stay clear of RAZ!~
