Neurofeedback is a simple concept once you get what's happening. It's a way of retraining your brain out of the stress mode. Very effective for post traumatic stress, neurological brian issues, such epilepsy, ADD, ADHA, autism, addiction issue, or just getting the most out of your brain! I came to see Ms. Gray because I was suffering from chronic pain as a result of an auto accident, there are not enough words to describe the relief and benefit I have received from the treatments. Ms Gray is extremely knowledgable and takes great care to help you get the most out of this amazing therapy.
Pros: Neurofeedback should be protocol # 1 for many conditions
Cons: It's a commitment, but worth it
