Review content:
I attempted to have my car serviced at this dealership on two seperate occasions. The first time I went to drop off my car, I was told they were unable to "fit me in" (despite my having made an appointment). On my second attempt I was successfully able to drop my car, only to be called late in the day by the service department saying they would need to keep the vehicle overnight. This inconvenienced both myself and those who had to drive me to/from work the following day. On the day of pick-up I received yet another phone call from the service department, this time asking if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers. I said I did not. When it was finally time for me to pick up my car, I carefully reviewed my purchase statement. To my dismay, I learned that my windshield wipers had in fact been replaced (against my wishes) and that I was being charged for them. Because the service department was now closed, I spoke to a floor manager who kindly removed the charge from my statement. I cannot speak for the sales team, but I will never again "service" my Honda at this location.
