This place may say they are there to assist, but that cannot be further from the truth! After requesting dry cleaning on 100% cotton jeans, I was asked if I wanted starch. I did not realize that starch meant washing them, aqs I am not a dry cleaner. I said yes, thinking they would press them with starch like I do. BUT NO... They washed my jeans, then charged me over $50.00 for a two day wait, and jeans that do not fit. Instead of speaking to the owner, he chose to speak to the clerk on duty, and denied any wrongdoing.. So I again purchased 6 new pairs of jeans, no apology, no anything except denial. Its unfortunate that there are still businesses that are ONLY out for a buck! THIS PLACE SUCKS... BTW they are a third party, which alleviates them from any mistakes they make.
