Review content:
We bought a floor sample dining table and six new chairs to go with it from the Manchester store, with pick up scheduled for later. After getting it home, the table was found to be full of scratches and the extension leaf wouldn't fit (looked from another table!). The store doesn't want to do anything about it... We feel tricked and cheated. Stay away or be very careful / inspect your merchandise at every step of the process. First time in life I heard a customer service rep tell me when one Ellison from the Manchester store told me over the phone how she could believe that I did not damage the table myself. Very bad after-sales service.
