Review content:
The quality of the pizza tops any other chain, but the employees are rude and dishonest. The company sends out lots of coupons, then refuses to accept them. The employee on the phone even told me that he had entered the coupon when I checked, but the total reflected a much higher price. Then, the manager came on the phone and kept telling me the coupon did not come from their store. Even when I read their address and phone number to them from the coupon, they claimed it wasn't from their store. Next, they claimed the coupon was expired, though it had no date. Finally, they just said there was nothing they could do, and I would have to pay the higher price. If a restaurant treats customers like this, why bother with them?
