AWFUL!!! I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY MY NEIGHBOR. I CALLED A SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME LOOK AT MY A/C UNIT, DUCT WORK UNDER MY HOUSE, AND GAS LINE. THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE... NEVER CALLED, JUST SHOWED UP. I CALLED THEM BACK TO GET THE WORK DONE AND ;EFT SERVERAL MESSAGE, NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THE TIMES I DID TALK TO SOMEONE THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO CHECK THEIR SCHEDULE AND CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER DID!!! I WAS GOING TO SPEND $4,000 TO FIX ME PROBLEMS. I DECIDED TO CALL SEARS TO FIX MY A/C AND IT ONLY COST $200.00 AND I CALLED THE NATURAL GAS COMPANY TO FIX MY GAS LEAK, BUT THERE WAS NO LEAK. SO THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY PROBLEMS AND TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
