I called one day to ask a couple of questions and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. This is not an industry that I'm very familiar with so naturally I had some questions. The woman who answered made it seem like I was bothering her or ruining her day for making her do her job. Never again will I consider having work done at this office.
