I was told by my doctor that exercise my help strengthen my knees.
I explained to the staff member before I signed up that I did not want a long term contract that I could not get out of with a 30 day written notice. I also did not want an ACH only deal in which they had to get access to my checking account to pay the monthly bill. The staff member assured me that I could either pay monthly or simply have the monthly payment come of my credit card. Also, I would be able to cancel with the 30 day written notice.
1 month in I had found out when I brought in my 1st payment that they charge an additional $5 for paying them directly. Even if you paid for multiple months in advance.
5 months later my knees gave out, and I have to have surgery. I mailed them the Official Doctors letter explaining that I could no longer continue. As their contract states as one of the reasons to end the contract. I was informed that was not a good reason and I would still be required to pay the full contract or be placed in collections.
