I can't attest to the quality of hair cuts but I can tell you this is the most disorganized spa I have ever tried to go to. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes I made an appt. here. Right after I got off the phone I realized I had a prior commitment so I called and cancelled the appointment. Then about a couple days before my cancelled appt I got a phone call confirming my appt. I called them back and told them I had cancelled the appt about a month before. Later that day I got a THIRD phone call confirming my cancelled appt. I then called back to re-cancel my appt for a third time. Then, several days after the cancelled appt I got an irate phone message from the stylist asking why I had missed my appt. I'm sorry they might have wonderful stylists who work here but for me the utter disorganization is not worth it.
