I visited this furniture factory when I was looking for a nice television stand for my new home. The showroom I visited was in Glendale and was fairly small. The furniture was gorgeous and spendy. I did not find what I was looking for and had to "bother" a salesperson on his cell phone to ask him a question. He told me they could build me whatever I wanted but it would be at least eight to twelve weeks for my order.
He was not very helpful or friendly. I guess he already had enough commissions that month to pay his bills?? I don't think I would visit this store again even though they did have nice furniture. The customer service was not what you would expect at a high-priced furniture store.
