Businiess name:  Miller's Pub & Restaurant

Review content:
Getting to Miller's is high on my list every time I visit Chicago. The food is always superb, and the staff truly goes out of their way to provide exceptional service. Case in point - my wife and I dined upstairs one evening, thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and headed back to our hotel. Half way down the block from the restaurant, the Maitre-D finally caught up with us and returned my wife's gloves, which she had inadvertently left on the table. We thanked him profusely, but he just shrugged it off, as though he didn't go above and beyond the call. He left an impression just as positive to me as Miller's mouth watering Filet (which I highly recommend, if you don't choose the ribs). These folks make great food, and treat their patrons like honored guests. Miller's is the complete package. Pros: service, service, service - these guys are the best Cons: can be somewhat smokey; small downstairs dining area (for those unable to climb stairs)
