This is my first time on here but Cirro Energy is not the company to be with. Their customer service is terrible. They catch attitudes with you like its your fault that they got to be there. I called them on April 2, 2008 and asked them how much was my bill, because they dont send me bills for some odd reason they send disconnection notices. I called them to ask how much my bill was and they said $461.00 now to day i call to pay the bill and they say $710.00 for some other charges in jan, feb, and mar. Thats not my problem that their system didnt catch it. They cut my lights off three times in the past three months because they havent sent me a bll. If you are Cirro Energy or thinking about going with Cirro Energy dont waste your time cause its nothing but a bunch of stress and a waste of time.
