Words cannot explain the frustration and experience I had with Floor Gem. But I'll try. Disaster. Insurance Claims. Lawsuits. $16K in material damages. Flooding. Floor Gem mishandled and improperly installed the tile. Over 700 sq/ft had to be ripped out and replaced. Of which Ken Waldman, has not paid for! This was a $60K floor. And it looks absolutely horrible. It all has to be ripped up and replaced. During the installation, Floor Gem also flooded the condo unit, flooding the five units directly below. Everything that could go wrong on this job, DID! Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Ken was never there to manage the project and never took responsibility.
