Review content:
Large ?swirl? scratches over entire floor. They used wrong equipment or did not finish with fine grit. Shoe molding poorly installed, red oak. I have white oak floors. Shoe didn?t match, & was never mitered or finished on the ends & sections not cut correctly. They replaced boards in the bedroom using red oak?again, white oak floor! Instead of repairing a threshold & exposed plywood as promised, they simply slapped shoe molding on the front of the plywood & slapped polyurethane over the whole thing. Shiny plywood was not my idea! Some minor issues were, they didn?t pound & fill nail holes, they damaged our outside garden hose, all the lights in the house & garage were left on & the interior garage door was left open wasting all the air conditioning for the entire week we were out of town!
