I tried this spa a few times, not just once, and each time I walked out of there feeling like I spent too much money for what I was getting. I thought it was just me at first, but the truth is, its them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just to mention a FEW of the negative things: I asked for a trim and got a cut, way shorter than I asked for and I hated the shape, and I was still charged the full price of a cut which was $67!!) They had my appointment time wrong and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a really difficult time about it. He also did nothing when I was finished and made it obvious that I was unhappy with my service. I also felt like I didn't matter to them because I wasn't a ""regular"". They treat their frequent customers so much better than the new guests. The Massage was far from relaxing, I heard the other employees laughing and talking in the hallways. And the overall experience of every other time I was was always just simply disappointing.
Cons: charges upscales prices for poor service and poor quality
