Review content:
Joe's Crab Shack is probably the best place for a family outing. The first time I've been there was in San Diego and since then, I haven't been able to get enough! I recently went to Joe's located in Tempe on Friday, November 12 and the experience was nothing short of excellent.
Upon entering Joe's, you can't help but notice the upbeat atmosphere with the cheerful staff and fully decorated walls all around. Every time I go to Joe's, I have to get the Crab Nachos. This delectable dish is not like any nachos you've ever had before. Piled with crab meat, beans, cheese, and plenty of secret sauce, you'll never want regular nachos ever again. After the appetizer, I ordered the Spicy Crab Bucket. This literally was a huge bucket filled with any crab lover's dream. It consisted of long crab legs, potatoes, corn, and sausage all smothered in a spicy cajun rub. Bibs are given as a necessity because it is literally impossible not to get your hands and face covered in spicy goodness. The bucket easily feeds a family of three even though the menu says it feeds two. If one person were to order this, they would have food for days. The food is appropriately priced for the quality of crab that is given. Even if there is a finicky eater in the family, there are plenty of crab substitutions like chicken fingers or popcorn shrimp. Quality is never compromised at Joe's. While devouring the crab bucket, the staff began dancing to the popular ?Working at the Car Wash? song and everyone was asked if they wanted to join in. Great food and a great time never gets old, and both are always had at Joe's Crab Shack.
