Businiess name:  Muriel's Jackson Square

Review content:
After being hit with a blizzard, all flights were grounded making it physically impossible to travel to New Orleans. Every other restaurant refunded our deposit and fully understood the circumstances (i.e. Physical impossibility). However, Muriel's refused any possible refunded and would not accept our reasoning even though it seemed common knowledge that the northeast got crushed with snow. The restaurants that were wise to refund were MILA, Acme and Marriot. I will happily refer others to them for their courtesy. Muriels, horrible decision on their part. Especially because word of mouth for 20 people equates to a very big number in the long run.
