When me and my fiance decided to postpone our wedding we had already put down a large deposit for the day. Although the contract stated the deposit was non-refundable for a cancellation, most other venues will hold your full deposit for a postponement even though their contracts state the same things. This company however is ruthless and only cares about your money. When asking how much would be put towards a future event they could only offer 10% of that price. So I decided to throw a much smaller party only to find out 3 days before the party that in order to get that 10% I had to spend another $1000. The whole experience was unenjoyable and I feel tricked. Total waste of my time and energy and will NOT be re-marrying there or ever even attend a meal there. To those considering getting married there, do your research first and seriously consider looking somewhere else.
