everything about this place is perfect. when you're in the mood for a hearty italian, and feeling all warm and bubbly inside, and you want to share that bubbliness with the stranger next to you, alejo's is the ideal place. the bread full of body, insisting that i lather garlic infused olive oil chunks all over it before stuffing it in my face. the red spicy sauce is perfectly balanced, again, with garlic and just enough punch to leave a moment of heat in your mouth. the food is wonderful, and so soothing. the service is sincere with the servers-acting-as-hosts-acting-as-bussers reminding you that they know you are there and are trying to get you seated. the place is great! i love it. i do... oh, don't forget the wine--of your choice.
