Just had the worst customer service I have ever encountered by Alexis Tworek the Acting Store Manager. Not only did she not follow standard Nordstrom policy she was extremely rude and gedo about it. Had bought a $220 dollar pair of jeans a couple of years ago that the entire seat blew out of. Because they could not find the transaction they would not return it for me saying, ""that it was normal wear and tear."" I have jeans from Gap that have lasted much longer than thatand I certainly didn't pay $220 for them. Do not shop at Nordstrom with the false sense of protection that even though you are paying their over inflated prices for everything that Nordstrom will stand behind their products. Though I have been a big Nordstrom fan. I will avoid shopping there anymore.
