I'd forgotten what a lousy job they did the last time I was there. This time I paid for the ""gold"" service, but, it was anything but. Exterior...many spots did not get cleaned both on the body and windows. There were large areas on the inside windows that weren't cleaned and one window was not touched at all. I was there in the early am, and was the only one there, so, it's not like they were in a rush.
Cons: lousy cleaning for the price
