Review content:
I had the worst costumer service experience, and lack of professionalism from one of the employees (Millie) from Sears Portrait Studio at Brookfield Square. Started with a bad greeting, as we were doing the check in for the pictures. (Really bad actitud). While we were waiting in the studio room for her. She took about 20 to 25 minutes talking on the phone, without acknowleging the fact that we were waiting for her. After asking, when we were going to start the session, she said, that she needed to take care of a costumer that was on the phone. When finally the session started, she kept moving my kid's face, arms and body for the pictures. Too much touching. My kid was very uncomfortable. At the end of the session, she said, I needed to pick one picture, from a set of three. I asked her to see all of the pictures. That is how i have been doing it for about 4 years, since I have been a costumer there. Also I think, she didn't take more than 20, so she said to me: ""then I will choose the ones I think are best. After this experience, I do not recommed this place
