I was surprised to find such high quality food in this little restaurant, tucked away in an Aurora strip mall.
I had many falafels in my time, but nothing came close to those served in Cafe Paprika. They are green on the inside (probably due to use of parsley, cilantro, and dill - some of the ingredients the owner was kind enough to share with me), taste incredibly fresh, and totally lack any taste or scent of grease you typically find elsewhere. Just outstanding! The accompanying humus and baba ganoush are also outstanding. I particularly appreciated the baba ganoush, which normally I don't eat because I don't like eggplant. This one, however, has a very subtle and smoky eggplant taste, surrounded with a lot of humus and tahini, which makes for a special taste.
I also liked their Hariri (or Harira) soup, which is a vegie soup with garbanzo beans, tomatoes, and some other beans, I think, and it is just full of flavor and tastes fresh.
I am not much of a meet eater, but on my first visit (I've eaten there twice), I was with a group of carnivors, which seem to enjoy their meat very much.

Yes, the portions are very generous, as you expect from a middle eastern restaurant.
The restaurant seems clean, and the decor is pleasant. I warmly recommend this nice restaurant to any fan middle eastern food.
