i held my bday party here (~35 ppl) probably back in 1999, and it was such a bad experience i haven't been back since. thought i'd give it another try since it's been so long and i live about 2 min. away, but looks like nothing's improved from the reviews. the service was AWFUL and the food was HORRIBLE. i remember our waitress was a real *itch - i think her name was DAWN. they tried to charge a cake cutting fee per person (not unusual), but didn't mention it when they said it was ok to bring an outside cake. they were super rude about it and wouldn't let us store the cake in the fridge. good thing i lived close by and could drop it off at home. i dunno how they've stayed in biz so long, but i sure hope they'll be replaced soon! i usually don't write bad reviews, but if you can't shape up after 8 years, it's time for the boot!
