Review content:
Bodies by Hoffman has made me realize that while working out can be really hard, just a little bit of effort can pay off in a big way. After 3 months my attitude has done a complete 180, I'm in clothes that have been sitting in my closet for 2 years which I swore I would get back into! The instruction is professional but the attitude is totally friendly. The amount of encouragement to meet and exceed goals keeps me hooked! Everyone there is awesome!
Pros: Great staff, intense workouts, fast results
Cons: parking is annoying-park on the street for less hassle; a little pricey
