Ive painted pottery many times and have never had such a horrible experience. Their selection is so small, so unless you want to make a cup, bowl or leaf plate, youre out of luck. When I picked up my pots they were terrible. One was cracked, the paint was distorted and there were hairline cracks in the glaze. When I called to talk to the owner, I was put on the phone with her friend; both were rude and blamed the problem on me. Saying that I shouldve told them to do a different glaze on my pots. Sorry Im not an expert potter and didnt know there were two glaze options!! They were unwilling to address my situation. when i asked for a refund, i was told that they wouldnt issue me anything. I never received an apology for my dissatisfaction in the pots. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND going here.
