I have had one of the worst experiences at Australian Swim School (Tarzana). If you don?t pay by the end of the month for the next month, they charge you a $10 late fee on top of the regular fee. If you call in advance to reschedule a class for a different day, within the same week, they charge you an extra $10. The office staff is unfriendly and has a major attitude.
