I havehad many of my BMW's serviced over the years by Hurless Brothers, but, we moved to Seattle 13 years ago and last summer we were passing through Boise on the way to Sun Valley and my 528i developed a strange noise upon acceleration - we stopped by Hurless and asked Todd to listen - bad breather valve - what? Here is where the trust comes in - Anyway he convinced me not to drive on to Sun Valley, but he did not want to interrupt our vacation or let us drive this car to sun Valley and even though they were slammed for the week - he said "" I will figure out a way to work you in today"" - 3 hours of labor and the part was in stock - plus, he let us use a loaner car - warranty fix, but I must say - we have not been to this shop in 13 years and Todd and Brett treated us like we were family - they have always been honest and trustworthy and provided the right fix the first time- all I can ask is, can you move your shop to Seattle??? Thanks, Todd and Brett - we are indebted to your you for not letting car trouble ruin our time in Idaho...you are the best.
