I go to school up in Delhi, NY and I was lucky enough to stop by here one night for dinner with my boyfriend and family on a visiting weekend. I always wanted to eat here because it looks so quaint and lovely, and I was gladly surprised. The restaurant beat my expectations by far!!! First, the food is delectable, the restaurant uses many local food suppliers/farmers and use foods that are in season to make exquisite dishes. Every time I pass Quartermoon Cafe I want to eat there! THe first time I went I ordered a special which was a homemade fettucini pasta in an amazing (not to overly rich) alfredo sauce mixed with wild mushrooms of all sorts- this has ben my favorite dish thus far. The ambiance is very New York City-ish and relaxed, they have piano players on some nights and the place as a whole has a very artistic/modern feel. I also had amazingly seared scallops as an appetizer. I can go on forever- I have eaten there 4 times so far ( it is a little pricey so I unfortunately can't go often) and everything I have come across has been more than fabulous. I highly recommend Quarter Moon Cafe- I will be sad to graduate this year, as I live outside NYC I won't be able to go so often anymore. Pros: Everything!!! Cons: Nothing!
