This has been a horrible experience. I have only been here 3 weeks, and have had nothing but trouble. The day we moved in they couldnt find my keys to the apartment and we had to wait almost 2 hours to have the locks changed, after we had drove 3 hours to move in with a U-Haul full of stuff. The first week our air cond. stopped working twice. They repaired it then on the next Saturday it broke again. The emergency maintenance has a rude attitude! they will argue you to a pulp. They finally sent someone, the guy banged on my door and got so nasty about fixing it on a saturday, he said only if it is 90 degrees outside! and it wasn't. Then he said it had a leak and they would come out that Monday to find out where it was...needless to say they didnt. On another occasion the fire alarm went off and wouldnt stop. He came out and said he didnt see a problem! black spiders hang out in the bathrooms and they say there is no spray to get rid of them! They even get in your bath towels for a real surprise! Be careful which side you live on...they are picky about sattelite dishes and the only way my dish could get a signal was to put it in the ground near my patio not on the patio, I had to go through so much to get a sattelite! then they cant drill holes through the wall so they have to run the cables around the doors and across the thresh holds, yeah, it's tacky! The kitchen is very tiny, if you like to cook this is not the kitchen for you! There is never any parking due to all the non residents parking in your spot! By the time I finally got the correct mailbox key there was a red vacant slip in the box so the mailman thought no one lived there, so I didnt get a week's worth of mail. I have never had such a bad experience. I am trying to get out of my lease now....
