Franz Termite Control are a family company that offers outstanding service. They have taken care of me for years. I usually get inspections bi-annually, and I've never had an issue they couldn't address.
I'll give a recently example that is typical of the type of service that Franz provides. I was having some small repairs made to my roof, based on their last termite inspection. The roofers expected to have the work done in a day, and were especially concerned with time, because it was supposed to rain. They found some living termites that had survived the last treatment, and so I called Franz. They were out in an hour and a half, and took care of everything quickly. The roofers had enough time remaining to finish up, and left just minutes before the rain began.
With Franz, I get the same inspector every time. At this point, he really knows my house and what needs to be done. And the inspections are very, very thorough. He not only looks around for termites, but identifies potential target areas and makes suggestions for preventative maintenance. Infestations are not unusual in a seventy-year-old house such as mine, but the spectacular crew at Franz keep things under control.
I find fewer and fewer service providers these days who actually care about my house. Franz are an exception. If they ever find termites in the same place twice, they are profusely and sincerely apologetic that they didn't get them all right away. They are a great company.
