Businiess name:  Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Review content:
Lou took more than 2 wks to correct a faulty install (ie, his men installed incorrectly). This was in hot Aug during which time the upstairs was boiling and the downstairs was freezing. Was a no show on numerous occasions without even calling to let me know he wasn't coming after waiting around all day. Had to find another company to fix my system sensor (which left me w/o the use of my HVAC system in June) b/c he gave me the run-around for a week. He came out 2 days after the system shut off and 7 days later, he still wasn't returning my calls! Do you really want to rely on this kind of company if your HVAC system broke down? Pros: price competitive Cons: limited quality control in work, poor customer service
