Let me first say the owner is an evil Gestapo lady who, after 10 years of loyalty, still never even says Hello. The waitstaff is very disciplined and rarely makes mistakes. I've been there over 50 times and I only once returned food (the raviolis were served in watery stuff YUK).
Pros: Easy parking, fast service, usually above average
Cons: Militant ownership, somewhat unfriendly
